This site is a design demonstration for a practice that does not exist. Nothing on it is an offer of services, and nothing on it should be relied on as advice.

The content

Every figure, client, engagement, fee and person is invented. The three case studies describe work that was never done for organisations that do not exist. The accreditation bodies named — EMCC, ICF, BPS, HCPC — are real; the claims made against them are not.

The argument about MBTI reliability reflects a genuine and long-running debate in the occupational psychology literature. It is presented here as this fictional practice's position, not as a citation you should quote.

The photography

All images are generated rather than photographed. No real person appears on this site.

Design lineage

This build follows the design language of a real consultancy’s website as a study in layout, type scale, colour and rhythm. The brand, copy, imagery, motif and code are original; no markup, text or asset was copied, and the licensed typefaces used by that reference have been replaced with openly licensed equivalents.
